Our baby wouldn’t accept anything except our arms for the first 2.5 months and then she slowly started to accept swings/play gyms. It provided us with 5-10 minute breaks which felt like a vacation after 2 months of non stop crying. Thanks!

Le siège bébé rockaRoo® est-il approuvé pour dormir la nuit?

Non. Comme il ne s’agit ni d’une surface plane (il y a toujours une légère inclinaison) ni d’une surface ferme, comme le recommandent les pédiatres, nous ne pouvons pas recommander qu’elle soit utilisée pour le sommeil de nuit.

Comment nettoyer le tissu du siège rockaRoo ?

Les tissus (classique et cool mesh) et l’insert pour nouveau-né sont lavables en machine. Nous vous recommandons de les laver à l’eau froide pendant le cycle délicat. N’utilisez pas d’eau de Javel. Sécher au sèche-linge séparément à température basse et retirer rapidement du sèche- linge.

Comment nettoyer les sangles du harnais ?

Pour nettoyer les sangles du harnais, vous devez d’abord démonter le siège (cliquez ici pour les instructions de démontage). Une fois démonté, utiliser un évier ou un autre lavabo et laisser les sangles pendre du rail central dans l’eau savonneuse. Ne PAS immerger le rail central dans l’eau. Une fois nettoyé, rincer et laisser sécher avant de remonter l’appareil. Regardez la vidéo de démontage rockaRoo pour des instructions sur le démontage de votre rockaRoo.

Up to how many months can it be used

The 4moms rockaRoo can be used from birth up to 25 lbs or until the baby begins sitting unassisted, whichever comes first. This typically occurs before the 6 month mark, depending on how quickly the baby develops.

Is the rockaroo considered an inclined sleeper?

No. Since it is neither a flat surface (there is always a slight recline) or a firm surface, as recommended by pediatricians, we cannot recommend that it be used for overnight sleep.

No, the rockaRoo does not include internal sounds. However, you can play your favorite tunes through the speakers using the MP3 cord.

Is it supposed to make noise while rocking or should it be quiet?

The 4moms rockaRoo will have a slight back and forth sound, however if you hearing a louder sound, the grey latch in the back of the base may be up. Be sure to press and lock down this latch before turning on. After doing so, any loud sound should dissipate. Do I need to buy infant insert?

No. If you choose to use the newborn insert it does provide extra support for the baby. It is designed to give babies the swaddling feeling that some newborns prefer. There is no age or size limit for use, so it can be used from birth until the baby no longer prefers it.
