Can orders be shipped outside of the Canada?
No. We have distributors in different regions of the world. Please visit our Global Website to see where our products are distributed.
Can orders be shipped to P.O. Boxes?
Where do 4moms packages ship from?
4moms orders are shipped from Mississauga Ontario.
How soon will my order arrive?
Most in-stock items are shipped within one or two business day. Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.

Who is responsible for lost or stolen items?
4moms is not responsible for lost or stolen items if United Parcel Service (UPS) or Canada Post can confirm delivery at the designated address.
Who is responsible if an incorrect / incomplete address is provided at checkout?
If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout, 4moms does not take responsibility for any additional shipping costs associated with re-routing an order, or return to sender.
Which carrier will deliver my package?
Orders will ship using either United Parcel Service (UPS) or Canada Post or possibly a combination of both, depending upon the item(s) in your order.
Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?
We make every effort to ship your items together, however there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments.
Common reasons for dividing an order may be the combination of items in your order.
What is 4moms return policy?
If, within 10 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an incorrect order or damage.
Are there any products that are not eligible for return?
Yes. Soft goods that have been opened cannot be returned. For example, mamaRoo seat fabrics, if opened, cannot be returned.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days, after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
